A group of Christians showed up at a Chicago gay pride parade in July.
They were holding up signs saying “I’m sorry that Christians judge you”
“I’m sorry for how the churches treated you” and “I used to be a bible-banging homophobe, I’m sorry”
Just when you’re beginning to lose faith in humanity, something like this shows up.

These people give me hope for Christians who are doing it wrong.

The whole point to being Christian is to love, not judge or hate. I wish more people from my faith were like this.
THIS IS WHAT TRUE CHRISTIANITY IS. Don’t listen to the Westboro nuts or the people saying “gays will rot in hell.” This is god’s love. He loves everyone.
